1999
What's in a pack
A booster pack holds 10 cards plus a basic Energy: 4 Commons, 3 Uncommons, two Reverse Holos (the second can be an Illustration Rare, Special Illustration Rare or Mega Hyper Rare) and a holo Rare that can be a Double Rare or Ultra Rare. A booster display holds 36 packs, on average about 7 Double Rares, 3 Ultra Rares and 4 Illustration Rares, with a Special Illustration Rare in roughly every second box.
